Returns Policy

Our belief in the quality of our service is such that we guarantee your satisfaction on every purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange for something different, simply ship the item back to us through the following guidelines:
  • Enclose a copy of the original receipt
  • Item must be in new condition
  • Item must be returned within 90 days.

To help us better serve you in the future, include the reason for your return or exchange.


Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of company error.


Embroidered and otherwise customized items are not returnable unless the return is a result of company error.
